A multinational firm known globally for its work in customs, export compliance, and trade remedies, is looking for an attorney. They are specifically seeking to grow their Trade Remedies practice by bringing on an associate with 2+ years of relevant antidumping/countervailing duties experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling additional trade relief issues, including IEEPA, EAPA, section 232, section 301, section 201, section 332 and/or 337 investigations. Respondent-side experience preferred; open to considering candidates who only have petitioner side experience.
