OWIT South Florida is the premier networking organization for women and men in international trade and business!
Established in 1992 as WIT-Miami, OWIT South Florida updated its name in 2008 to reflect the growing collaboration in the trade community and the expansion of trade opportunities throughout South Florida.
The mission of OWIT South Florida is:
-To enhance the status and interest of women and men in the field of international trade through the establishment of a worldwide network of international business contacts.
-To encourage and stimulate the exchange of views, ideas, and information concerning foreign commerce and international relations.
-To establish educational programs, conventions, and other activities to promote the employment worldwide of women in international trade.
-To promote professional growth, education, and leadership among women employed worldwide in foreign trade and commerce in both the public and private sectors.
OWIT South Florida is open to all individuals and organizations who are interested in collaborating & engaging with dynamic trade professionals in South Florida and connecting with members in over 20 chapters around the globe!
