Sydonie Neysmith founded Black Swan Consulting, Inc., and she also serves as its Executive Director. As an educator, business coach, and advisor, she assists small businesses with strategic business planning, budgeting, and financial projections. Her mission is to assist companies in becoming "lender ready" for credit lines and other forms of capital financing. Since the pandemic, she has helped over 100 businesses with various business development needs and enjoys what she does. Sydonie has over 20 years of experience managing budgets, sales forecasts, and capital expenditures for Fortune 500 and 1000 companies in various of industries. She has led, trained, and supported a team of agile financial analysts and professionals in different capacities and operations throughout her career, and in recent years she has had the pleasure of working with entrepreneurs to develop frameworks to help build scalable businesses. Sydonie is a firm believer in building relationships and giving back, so she welcomes opportunities to share her knowledge with others. Her passion is to help women in business gain the knowledge they need to understand and their financial position as they make crucial business decisions.Â
