Evelyn I. Suero is the founding and principal attorney of Suero Law. She is a skilled contract negotiator and business strategist, offering clients the benefit of her broad legal experience and expertise on a variety of issues that may affect a prospective deal. She assists clients with various phases of business transactions, including corporate structure & governance, drafting & reviewing a wide range of contracts, registration of copyrights & trademarks, expanding operations into Florida, investment immigration, and going global. She earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Evelyn currently proudly serves as Vice President of OWIT South Florida and is very active in the South Florida startup entrepreneur community.
