Biographical Information
Caroline is currently serving on the board for the Organization of Women in International Trade as the partnership representative for the NYC chapter and the broader OWIT International team. With a design background encompassing 25 years of experience working in the fashion industry, Caroline provides expertise in global sourcing, coordinating production, and garment manufacturing. A lifelong learner, she recently earned her BBA and MBA degrees at LIM College. Caroline is a solution-driven leader who is passionate about improving ethical and sustainable production practices while promoting business opportunities in an ever-changing world. As the partnership representative of OWIT, Caroline believes in nurturing team excellence among women and sharing knowledge with all colleagues to foster best business practices. Core competencies pertaining to international business and trade, include global supply chain sourcing, computerized industrial knitting manufacturing processes, research, and development for ethical product development, merchandising and brand image marketing strategies. As an adjunct professor at LIM College, Caroline enjoys teaching Marketing, Business Management, Consumer Behavior, and Entrepreneurship to her enthusiastic students. Â
